Ben Joyner, RYS-200, Yoga Instructor
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 3 years, and my practice has helped me with a stressful world as well as strength and flexibility. The sense of community that comes from practicing with others keeps me encouraged and motivated. The many different styles, philosophies, and types of Yoga mean that there is always something new and interesting to learn and share with others.
I completed my 200-hour Yoga Alliance training with Kelle Yokeley at Yoga Mindset in High Point. I am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge in the future. I plan to become both Aerial Yoga and Rocket Yoga certified in the near future.
In my classes I like to combine creative flows that are challenging while allowing the individual to adjust up or down to make the practice their own. I strive to impart the importance of breath with movement, and to celebrate your growth without expectation.
